Seville Estate The Barber Pinot Noir 2016

Unlike the Count in the Barber of Seville, there’s nothing deceptive about this Pinot from one of the Yarra Valley’s finest producers.
 
In the glass: Medium ruby garnet.
On the nose: Violet, red cherry, raspberry and clove - really fragrant.
On the palate: A charming wine with lovely varietal elegance in a light to medium weight style. Really long and persistent with a vibrant line of acidity, great texture and well-judged oak in support.
