A classic off-dry Riesling, and quite Euro-in-style, produced by Sharmans wines, one of the top producers in Relbia, in Tasmania's Tamar Valley.
Very pale with green freshness. Restrained aromas of lime zest, green apple and white peach. Light-bodied yet with thrilling acidity driving the white and green fruit core, gentle sweetness balanced by the acidity, and great tension throughout.
