Fiano sourced from two vineyards, with 40% of the blend seeing three weeks skin contact, adding texture and complexity. Naturally fermented, unfiltered and slightly cloudy.
Cloudy pale lemon. Yeast, peach, grapefruit and honeysuckle. Light and fresh with vibrant acidity driving the core of citrus and stonefruit, some underlying creamy textural elements and a flavoursome finish. Lovely nutty richness throughout.
