A single vineyard bottling that produced only one French oak puncheon and only 52 dozen made. The epitome of small-batch, hand-made wine.
Deep, dark red. Smoked oyster, cola, black fruit and cedar oak aromas. Dense and concentrated, with a soft core of dark fruit, notes of clove, anise and ironstone, lashings of toasty oak, ripe tannin foundation, and a still-fresh finish.
