Sieber Rd Shiraz Mataro 2015

Shiraz you know well. Mataro (Mourvèdre) you may not. It hails from the southern Rhône Valley in France and loves sunshine and heat, which is why it grows
so well in the Barossa.
 
In the glass: Dense red purple.
On the nose: Bright and packed with plum, blueberry, black olive and jube.
On the palate: Juicy with long bright acidity underpinning black berry fruits and currant – the Mataro giving weight and structure. A really sweetly generous wine with loads of everything.
