Silent way is a plot of earth 550 meters above sea level in the Victorian's Macedon Ranges. Purchased in 2007 by winemaker Matt Harrop and Tamara Grischy.
Medium lemon straw. Struck match, lemongrass, honeysuckle, grapefruit and almond meal. Refined yet powerful with layer upon layer of citrus and florals, with nutty complexity, thrilling acidity and loads of obvious yet delicious toasty oak.
