From the award-winning winemaking talent of the Hunter Valley’s Liz Jackson comes a wonderfully regional expression of Australia’s favourite white variety.
 
In the glass: Bright pale lemon.
On the nose: Lime juice fruit intensity over creamy lees and light ceday oak.
On the palate: Poached stonefruit, fig and melon depth, smoky vanillin oak, light confectionary notes and cashew with a touch of butterscotch chiming in on the finish.
