Silkman Blackberry Semillon 2015

In the winery: Made from fruit off one of the region’s rare sandy soil vineyards that the very best Semillons are grown on. Hand-picked and cool fermented, then bottled early to retain fruit freshness and vibrancy.
In the glass: Pale straw with tinges of green.
On the nose: Layers of citrus and lemon curd.
On the palate: Elegant and long, it’s balanced by natural fruit flavours built on a finely structured acid backbone. A wine that will definately reward you with cellaring.
