Another refined and beautifully made Chardonnay by the Hunter's 'Chardonnay Queen' Liz Silkman. Delicious now but will continue to develop complexity in the cellar.
Bright pale lemon. Fresh citrus, white pepper and background oak. Youthful and fresh with subtle citrus and stonefruit, latent depth and creamy richness, faint grassy undertones and green apple acidity, and very restrained supporting oak.
