In the glass: Pale straw.
On the nose: Fragrant, lifted and minerally with lemongrass, lemon zest and fresh hay.
On the palate: Light, dry and intense with lemony fruit depth and mouth-watering acidity providing structure and persistence. Although youthful, it’s delicious now, but will blossom after a few years in the cellar. A classic example of Hunter Valley Semillon.
