Pemberton Pinots are light bodied, but strongly varietal and have an ethereal quality, reminiscent of Red Burgundy.
In the glass: Medium red purple.
On the nose: Concentrated strawberry jam, earth, white pepper spice and cedar oak.
On the palate: Dark cherry and strawberry fruit in a savoury, spicy style with velvety tannins providing silken mouth-feel and drive, fresh acidity and well-judged background oak.
