2021 was a close to perfect vintage in the Adelaide Hills. Winemaker Marty Edwards knows the region well, and has produced a Shiraz with power and grace.
Deep, dark red. Lifted aromas of plum, dark cherry, cedar and earth. Deep, dense and concentrated, with a juicy core of sweet dark fruit, with notes of clove and dark chocolate, balanced oak, and a seamless tannin finish.
