This Chardonnay was made with fruit from Carl Lindner’s ‘Sunday Slippers’ vineyard at Lyndoch and has been produced with the aim of rekindling the nation’s love of this expressive variety.
A lightly wooded, style, it is pale gold in appearance with lifted aromas of ripe citrus, peach and red apple fruit. The palate is quite subtle and mineral-driven, yet has juicy grapefruit and stonefruit depth at its core.
