Skillogalee’s wines reflect the character of their dry-grown vineyards in the Sevenhill sub-region of the Clare Valley. Their 2021 Cabernet is drinking beautifully already.
Deep red purple. Blackcurrant, cola, cassis, leather, black tea and cedar aromas. Very rich, concentrated and full-bodied, with layers of black fruit, deep tannins, excellent weight and structure, fresh acidity and plenty of mocha oak.
