This is a blend of Grenache and Mataro from a combination of Ashmead family vineyards in Greenock, and also Murtho in the Riverland. A classic modern Australian style.
Pale salmon orange. Lifted florals with pink pepper, rose petal, wild strawberry and stonefruit. Plush entry of ruby grapefruit and spicy white cherry, with graphite spice in a savoury style, with saline texture and a long, silken finish.
