In the winery: Wild fermented on lees, without sulphur, for ten months, after which it underwent partial malolactic fermentation.
In the glass: Mid lemon green.
On the nose: Toasted almond, sourdough and grilled lime.
On the palate: Lemon pith, roasted nuts, gun flint, and ripe citrus, delightful mealy complexity, and mouth-watering acidity and a long, supple finish. Shows so much character with loads of umami.
