This quirky, boutique label was born when two mates, Tony 'Snake' Davis and Redmond 'Herring' Sweeney pooled their considerable winemaking and marketing talents.
Pale ruby. Expressive aromas of red and black fruit, pepper and dried herbs. Light yet intensely flavoured, with a pretty mix of raspberry and red cherry, hints of candied violets, hibiscus tea and sweet spice, and a lovely silken tannin finish.
