Soli is the latest label from Margaret River masters, Churchview. The wines are vegan and certified organic, and provide excellent value.
Mid-yellow in appearance. Vanillin oak, brioche and custard apple aromas. Bright yet deep yellow fruit entry, with notes of almond croissant and baked apple, good core flavour depth, supple acidity, and a rich finish.
