Soli is the latest label from Margaret River masters, Churchview. The wines are vegan and certified organic, and provide excellent value.
Bright and pale in appearance. Floral lift over tropical and citrus fruit. Quite savoury, with an appealing mix of passionfruit and lemon, lovely chalky textural elements, and a soft, glossy finish. A lovely easy-drinker.
