Galle is one of the five Rings of Neptune. This is a tribute to family ancestor John Couch Adams who proved the existence of Neptune. A rich and decadent Cabernet.
Deep, dark red. Lifted aromas of mocha, vanillin oak, plum and cedar. A traditional Barossa Shiraz, with a ripe and jubey core of black fruit and anise, surprisingly gentle tannins, plenty of savoury oak, and a rich, decadent finish.
