Named in honour of owner Simon Adam's mother as it invokes the smell of her apple pie on a Sunday afternoon. A great drink on its own or with a mix of grazing plates.
Bright mid-yellow colour. Fresh pear and green apple fruit aromas. Ripe, bright and varietal, with good depth of white fruit, crisp acidity, and a long, flavoursome finish. A great young-drinker.
