Pinot Gris is one of the Southern Highlands' key varieties thanks to the cool, elevated vineyards, and this is an excellent example of the plush style that can achieved.
Pale onion skin blush colour. Pear, apricot and toasted cashew aromas. Earthy and plush palate with a bright mix of peach and melon, toasty complexity, silken mouthfeel and a long, savoury finish. Quite savoury and textural.
