Part of the Robert Oatley portfolio, St Aimé is a new label, and the wines are crafted using fruit from NSW's Central Ranges.
Bright pale pink. Delicate savoury aromas of citrus, stonefruit and wet rock. Light-bodied, with layers of white raspberry, watermelon and plum, notes of candied violet, white pepper and dried herbs, crunchy acidity, and a long, pure finish.
