St Hubert's are based in the Yarra Valley but this wine is sourced from the Robinson Vineyard in the Mornington Peninsula sub-region of Tuerong.
Dark Pinot red. Mulberry, red cherry, raspberry and toasty oak aromas. Blue and red fruit entry with gentle peppery tannins in support, silken mouthfeel, supple acidity, and balanced savoury oak on the slippery finish. Superb.
