This is a very refined and pure Riesling, but has a juicy citrus fruit core that gives it great drinkability. A classic Eden Valley style with minerally acid freshness.
Brilliant yellow with a green fleck. Ripe and open white flower, musk, peach, lemon, lime and quinine. Elegant and long, showing fine lemon and lime with appealing acidity and subtle chalky notes to finish. Massively flavoursome.
