Bright mid-gold. Expressive aromas of citrus, stonefruit, melon, toast and sweet spice. Light, fresh and bright with a mix of yuzu, yellow melon and nashi, hints of ginger and lemon shortbread, good flavour intensity, crisp acidity and a long finish.
