In the winery: After gentle pressing, the wine was transferred to oak barrels for malolactic fermentation and further maturation.

On the nose: Earth, plum, cassis, black olive, tomato and cedar.
On the palate: Beautifully textured – rich and full-bodied with a strong core of fruit, ripe tannins, black olive and anise perfume.
