Fruit for this Margaret River Shiraz was picked in the early morning, and was crushed direct to open fermenters with a portion going to American Oak after pressing. It was then matured for 12 months.
In the glass: Deep red purple.
On the nose: Blackberry, dark cherry, clove and vanillin oak.
On the palate: Intense, sweetly spiced black fruit flavour, a velvety texture and toasty oak.
