Tahbilk produce excellent Cabernet, vintage to vintage, and this 2015 example is no exception. Drinking well now and over the next couple of years.
Full, deep red. Currant, cassis and cedar aromas. Full, rich and ripe with a rich mix of black fruit, cassis and cigar box, quality charry oak, firm varietal tannins and bright acidity. Dense and concentrated yet retaining elegance.
