The fruit is from a vineyard connected to Tahbilk by the Goulburn River, with connections to the Purbrick family for close to 30 years. A lovely easy-drinking red.
Deep red to purple. Quite fruit-driven mulberry, dark cherry, pepper, clove, leather and mocha. Spicy red and blue fruit depth, with velvety tannins, savoury complexity, balanced acidity and charry, chocolatey oak.
