Tahbilk Riesling 2017

Tahbilk has some of the oldest vines in country from which they produce intensely flavoured wines at bargain prices, and this young Riesling is a case in point.
 
In the glass: Very pale straw, green hue.
On the nose: Jasmine, lime zest, apple and lemon.
On the palate: Powerful yet delicate and pure with a zesty mix of green and yellow fruits, subtle wet rock-like minerality and a thrilling line of acidity driving the long finish.
