Simall Wines were established in 2003 by Simon Hall and they produce cool climate wines on the South Coast of New South Wales.
Pale gold. Bright and savoury aromas of herb, asparagus, gooseberry and white flower. Very fine-framed, with layers of passionfruit and white melon, attractive slatey minerality, mouth-watering acidity, and a long, fresh fruit finish.
