2015 was an ideal year for the Yarra Valley warm days and cool nights during ripening allowed for fine flavour development and retention of acid producing fantastic wines like the TarraWarra Estate Reserve Pinot Noir 2015.
In the glass: Medium density Pinot red.
On the nose: Cherry, blood plum, vanilla, earth and toasty oak.
On the palate: Smooth and velvety with fine layers of dark cherry, plum and earth. Texture is mouth-watering with a juicy line of acidity driving the long, toasty finish.
