The premium Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes for the Grant Burge Helene Grande Cuvée 2010 were sourced from the cool climate region of Pipers River in Northern Tasmania. 2010 was a brilliant year for perfect ripening leading to elegant fruit flavours with balance and natural acidity. The palate is full-bodied, complex and layered with a vibrant mix of peach, melon and grilled nuts. It shows charming brioche complexity through to the deep stonefruit-like finish. A taste sensation served with truffled mushroom arancini.
