Terra Felix Prosecco 2015

Awarded a Gold medal at the 2016 Sydney Royal Wine Show, this Prosecco was crafted using fruit from King Valley where the rich, well drained soils, high elevation and cool nights allow the grapes to retain crisp flavours and high natural acidity.
 
In the glass: Pale yellow.
On the nose: Fresh bread, yellow fruits and subtle nutty notes.
On the palate: Intense and complex with yeast autolysis characters, and a spike of aldehyde over rich stone fruit and lime-like acidity.
