Made with no oak and released young, the Joshua is not your typical Barossa red but it is a fantastic take on the GSM style and an excellent food wine.
Medium to deep garnet. Blueberry, dark cherry, liquorice and crushed leaf aromas. Medium-weight yet with good concentration of blue and red fruit, tight acidity, savoury notes of anise and Italian bitters, firm tannins and a crunchy finish.
