The addition of Sauvignon Blanc to the regional favourite, Semillon, has created a wine with lovely complexity and flavour richness, yet a degree of finesse.
Bright pale yellow in appearance. Savoury herb and citrus peel aromas. Fresh lemony fruit drive in a clean and dry frame, with a juicy core of yellow fruit, youthful limey acidity and some chalky notes adding textural appeal to the dry finish.
