Hunter born and bred, Ross Crump together with partner Lisa Hugo produce premium wines under the Parched Crow label, like this still-fresh Semillon from the excellent 2017 vintage.
Pale lemon with a green fleck. Fresh citrus, apple, toast and lemongrass on the nose. Light-bodied yet with plenty of flavour, showing as citrus and nashi, hints of chamomile tea and white toast, saline texture and wet stone minerality.
