The 2022 vintage in the Adelaide Hills produced superb Sauvignon Blanc. Elegance and vibrancy was the focus of this wine, avoiding the herbal notes that some styles show.
Bright pale straw. Very expressive aromas of gooseberry, grapefruit, passionfruit, white pepper and nettle. Light-bodied yet packed with flavour, with a tightly-coiled mix of citrus and tropical fruit, hints of cut grass, and a long finish.
