Every wine has a story, and this wine came about when the owner of the vineyard was convinced to pull out underperforming Cabernet, and plant this Rhone-inspired trio.
Golden yellow colour. Honeyed yellow fruit aromas with complex nutty undertones. A lovely aged expression of the style, with depth and flavour persistence, stonefruit, honey and nougat, limey acid crunch, and a still-fresh finish.
