This wine is a blend of two sites south of Great Western; the Westgate Vineyard with 52 year old vines, and the Moyston Hills Vineyard with 15 year old vines.
Deep, dark red. Lifted plum conserve, cassis and cedar. Full-bodied, plush and juicy, with a ripe core of black and purple fruit, hints of clove and nutmeg, deep tannins, smooth texture and toasty coconut oak. Cool climate elegance.
