Peter Scholz has worked alongside Barossa legends Peter Lehmann, Andrew Wigan and Charlie Melton and now produces his own wines, such as this characterful Semillon.
Bright pale gold. Ripe lemon, straw and lanolin. A fuller-bodied style with warm citrus fruits, notes of vanilla, dried herb and earth, supple texture and good lemony acid freshness. A distinctly regional example of the variety.
