Andrew Thomas, winner of the 2014 Hunter Valley Winemaker of the Year, presents a Shiraz crafted from old and newer vine fruit, expertly selected from the winery’s three local vineyards.
 
In the winery: Crafted from old and newer vine fruit, expertly selected from the winery’s three local vineyards.
In the glass: Youthful dark red to purple.
On the nose: Black plum, mulberry, black pepper and heavy charry oak.
On the palate: Smooth with a savoury, regional and intense core of plum, currants and complex notes of leather and tar. Careful cellaring will allow the abundance of fruit and oak to converge seamlessly.
