Thorn-Clarke Terra Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon 2016

Thorn-Clarke’s winemaking expertise is on show in this Cabernet, which is still youthful, but has supple tannins and a lovely texture, giving it great ageing potential.
 
In the glass: Full dark red.
On the nose: Red berry, plum, cedar oak lift.
On the palate: Terrific texture – firm and bright yet smooth and long with a delicate core of red berry and blood plum and beautifully balanced tannins. Long, flavoursome and persistent with robust tannins ensuring it will cellar well.
