The Cabernet blend is a solid regional Western Australian style, and this one from Three Elms continues this tradition. Lovely now but will soften further with time.
Medium to deep red purple. Lifted and concentrated aromas of dark berries, plum, crushed leaf and savoury oak. Very flavoursome with layers of blood plum and berry fruit, drying tannins, regional peppery complexity, and a persistent savoury finish.
