During a successful medical career, John Tomich established a large vineyard in the Adelaide Hills, completed a Oenology degree, and is now studying for his Master of Wine. He works with son Randal and consultant winemaker Peter Leske to choose the best fruit for the Reserve range. The handpicked grapes were fermented in stainless steel to preserve the pristine cool-climate fruit flavours and intensity.
This highly aromatic white wine is perfumed to perfection with rose petal, lychee and Chinese spice. It’s fine, delicate and floral with superbly balanced fruit weight and refreshing length. A style perfectly suited to spicy Asian cuisine.
