Tonic are a micro producer, the passion project of winemaker Glenn Barry. Hard to find, this is the first release of a 100% McLaren Vale Grenache.
Mid crimson garnet. Red cherry, Christmas cake, red apple and raspberry aromas. Jubey palate entry with a hint of charcuterie, dense tannin texture, sweet oak, and a plush finish. A lovely Grenache that's drinking well already.
