Crafted using fruit from the Mornington Peninsula and King Valley with minimal intervention, the William Downie Cathedral Pinot Noir 2021 is intense, juicy and abundant with masses of dark cherry and blackberry, mouth-watering acidity, and deliciously charry oak.
