Travertine held this wine back for a few years, and thus have created a really left-of-centre example of a variety that is usually consumed fairly soon after bottling.
Bright mid-gold. Honeyed fruit lift with notes of pineapple and lychee. Sweet, rich, honeyed and tropical, yet still vibrant, fresh and strongly varietal, with creamy textural elements, and still-fresh acidity. Drinking close to its peak.
