We enjoyed this Cabernet not only for its immediate drinking appeal thanks to some bottle age, but also its potential for cellaring over the medium term.
In the glass: Deep red purple.
On the nose: Vanillin, mocha, coffee and old leather.
On the palate: A core of dark fruit with vanilla, mocha, leather, cassis and peppery spice, fine dusty tannins and a cedar oak finish.
